Return & Refund Policy

8.1 Return Policy Overview

Due to the consumable nature of our products and health and safety regulations, our return policy is limited. Please read this section carefully before making a purchase.

8.2 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@herbhealers.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the damage or defect. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

8.3 Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect product (different from what you ordered), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at no cost to you.

8.4 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken;
  • Products not in their original packaging;
  • Products returned more than 30 days after delivery;
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer negligence;
  • And products refused at customs or returned due to failure to pay import duties.

8.5 Return Authorization (RMA)

All returns require prior authorization. Do not send products back without first contacting us and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or may not be eligible for refund.

8.6 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product (if applicable). Refunds for damaged or defective products will be processed within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8.7 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow our return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

8.8 Dispute Resolution Before Chargeback

If you have any concerns about your order, product quality, or charges to your account, please contact us directly at support@herbhealers.com or (305) 851-2308 before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly.
